- What exactly am I paying for?
- There is a one-off cost to build your bespoke actioner, then a small monthly cost for usage plus a monthly maintenance fee that covers monitoring, tuning and changes as your business shifts.
- How is my tier decided?
- By complexity. That means how many of your systems we integrate, how many different types of enquiry you receive, and how similar those enquiries are to each other. Repetitive, predictable enquiries sit at the lower end; a wide mix needing information from lots of places sits higher.
- Do all tiers integrate with our existing systems?
- Yes. Every tier is a bespoke integration — we connect to the systems you already use so it can pull customer records, invoicing, diary and pricing data, and answer using that live information. The tier only changes how much of that we are stitching together.
- Does the price change depending on the channel?
- No. WhatsApp, email and website chatbot cost the same. Every build runs on one channel, and the tier is set by complexity and volume, not by where the messages arrive.
- How do the ongoing costs work?
- The build cost is fixed once scoped. The monthly usage cost after that scales with how many enquiries you actually get and how much information has to be pulled per enquiry, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one.
- Can it handle back-and-forth, not just one reply?
- Yes — every build handles the follow-up questions, chasing missing details and confirming the outcome. Heavier back-and-forth across more enquiry types is what pushes a build into a higher tier.
- What if our enquiry mix changes after we go live?
- New enquiry types and new integrations are handled through the monthly maintenance relationship. If the scope grows substantially we re-quote the additional build work up front, so there are no surprise charges.
- How do we get a firm number?
- Book a short discussion. We look at your channels, your systems and a sample of recent enquiries, then give you a fixed build price and an expected monthly figure before you commit to anything.
